Unexpected Results

After all sort of tests and an operation, finally the results are out.... 

1 good news and 1 bad news.... Good is it is not a cancer yet, but it is already at pre-cancer stage, the chances for a normal cell to turn into a cancer cell is high as compare to a healthy person... so bascially, I am at the high risk category... **sob sob**

Never expect that I am that unhealthy... Doctor advised to monitor my condition regularly, which mean I will become the "regular" customer of the hospital... luckily I am under company insurance coverage, if not will Pok Gai...

Thinking of my next steps.... Think I should change my lifestyle, but how? hmm...
